There isn’t a set answer to this question. It all depends on the complexity of your situation, how long it has been going on for, the pace at which you’ll want to go, etc.
Of course. But I often see that clients need to adapt their medication with time, as they often don’t need to take the same dosage or frequency. Any change to your medication would need to be discussed with your doctor.
I work mainly online but can offer occasional in-person appointments in the south of France and soon in Hong Kong as well.
During the first consultation, we review your questionnaire, which I would have received a couple of working days before our consultation. I will ask you questions to clarify or precise some of your answers on the questionnaire. We will determine your goals in the short and long term.
It is not always required, and when I think you might benefit from one or another, I will explain to you why, but it will always be your decision to run them or not.
When appropriate, I will recommend some supplements.
Yes, of course! It is a safe and holistic way that is also particularly suited to young people.
The biggest difference will be the time I spend with you trying to understand what your concern is and where it might come from. I will also consider you as a whole and not as a sum of “parts”. I will treat you, not the symptoms you are presenting, therefore addressing the root of the discomfort/dis-ease.
Yes, I do. French is my mother tongue, but I studied in English, so I am entirely capable of offering sessions in both languages.
